Account Deletion

You can delete your Eleganize account from the app or by email. This page explains both options, what is removed, and how long it takes.
How to delete your account

Open the Eleganize app and go to Profile.

Tap Delete account and read what will be removed.

Confirm when prompted. You may need to re-authenticate with Google or Apple before deletion completes.
Can't access the app? Email support@eleganize.com from your registered email address with the subject line “Account Deletion Request,” and we'll process it manually within 7 business days.

| Uploaded photographs | Removed from the live service immediately; archived copy held for up to 30 days so you can recover by signing in again, then permanently deleted |
| Saved looks and preferences | Removed from the live service immediately |
| Community votes | Deleted immediately and not restorable |
| Purchases and subscriptions | Not refunded. Subscriptions are billed by Google Play or Apple and must be cancelled separately — deleting your account does not cancel billing |
| Anonymised churn record | One non-identifying record may be kept indefinitely (see our Privacy Policy) |
Timeline
- Your account is deactivated as soon as deletion completes in the app.
- Profile data and photographs are removed from the live service immediately.
- An archived copy is kept for up to 30 days, then permanently deleted.
- Community votes are deleted immediately and cannot be restored.
