Account Deletion

This page should be linked directly from your Google Play Store and App Store listings — both platforms require a public account-deletion page for apps that support account creation.

How to delete your account

Open the Eleganize app and go to Profile → Settings → Account.

Tap Delete Account and confirm your identity (password or OTP).

Review what will be deleted, then confirm. You'll receive an email confirming the request.

Can't access the app? Email support@eleganize.com from your registered email address with the subject line “Account Deletion Request,” and we'll process it manually within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

Data	What happens
Style DNA profile	Permanently deleted
Uploaded photos	Permanently deleted from active and backup storage within 30 days
Saved looks & preferences	Permanently deleted
Account credentials	Permanently deleted
Payment & transaction records	Retained where required by law (typically for tax/accounting purposes), then deleted per statutory retention limits

Timeline

Your account is deactivated immediately upon confirmation.
Personal data and photos are permanently deleted within 30 days.
Some anonymized, non-identifying data may be retained for analytics.

Before you go

If you'd rather pause than delete, you can deactivate your account temporarily from the same Settings menu — this hides your profile without deleting your data, so you can pick up where you left off later.
