1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the Eleganize app or website (“Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What Eleganize does

Eleganize is an AI-assisted personal styling and self-improvement platform. It analyzes information you provide — including photos, physical characteristics, and preferences — to generate a personal “Style DNA” profile and recommendations across style, grooming, skincare, haircare, fitness, and wellness.

Eleganize provides recommendations for informational and styling purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, dermatological, or fitness advice. Consult a qualified professional before making significant changes to your diet, exercise, or skincare routine.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Eleganize.

4. Subscriptions & payments

Certain features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase, processed through our payment partners. Prices are listed in the app at the time of purchase and are subject to change with notice. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date, in accordance with the app store's (Google Play / App Store) billing policies.

5. User content

You retain ownership of photos and content you upload. By uploading, you grant Eleganize a limited license to process that content solely to generate your Style DNA profile and recommendations, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to reverse-engineer the app, upload content you don't have rights to, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

Eleganize is provided “as is.” Styling, grooming, fitness, and wellness recommendations are generated by AI and human-designed rule systems and may not always be accurate or suitable for your specific needs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eleganize is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana.
